You can find all job postings here.

You can apply online by using the “Apply Online” button provided for each job posting. NNE will confirm by email that we have received your application and give you an estimated timeline for finalising the application process.

The recruitment process usually takes around 6 to 8 weeks. You will hear from us within 6 weeks.

Your application should be targeted at a specific open position at NNE and we expect you to meet the requirements of the position. We would like your CV and cover letter to explain the following:

> Your reason for applying for the open position

> How your skills, knowledge and experience are relevant to the position you are applying for and how you can contribute to the success of NNE

> A detailed overview of your career and your professional competences: your results and achievements, activities you have carried out and your areas of responsibility

The interview process varies from country to country. You will be invited to one or more interviews before a job offer is made.

Prior to the second interview, we will send you an aptitude and personality test. At the interview, you will get feedback on the tests from your local HR. NNE makes use of these tests in every country and they are part of our standard recruitment procedure. Remember that the tests are only a part of the overall evaluation process. We do not make our decision purely based on the results of the tests, but rather on the overall impression we have of you.

Congratulations! When you start your new position at NNE, you will attend an on-boarding programme to learn more about NNE and our services. Moreover, each country/department usually holds its own introductory meetings combined with on-the-job training. It is crucial that you get the best possible start in your new career with NNE.

You can always send questions related to the recruitment process to the contact person listed in the job posting. If there is nobody listed in the posting, you can also get in touch with the right contact person via the offices page.
