Operational statistical process control

To stay in compliance and achieve a competitive advantage, many companies are forced to change their approach in regards of process monitoring and control. This course will enable you to use process data for statistical analysis and gain control by detecting and acting on process variation and drift.

In this course, you will learn an operational approach to statistical process control with focus on control charts and process capability indices. The control charts and capability indices taught on this course, are the ones that we always suggest our customers, as they are more robust and reliable.

Prerequisites

Basic StatisticsData Quality and Statistical Modelling course or similar prior knowledge

Software

The software used in this course is JMP from SAS and the instructors will demonstrate all the exercises in JMP. If you are currently not a JMP user, we recommend you install JMP on your computer before participating in the course. A free 30-day trial can be found in JMP homepage. If you need assistance in installing JMP or have any questions do not hesitate to reach out to academy@nne.com.
