The end goal for your onboarding is to:

All activities are led by your manager, an appointed buddy, and many other colleagues across departments who are experts in their fields.
Cultural camp
We finish your onboarding journey with a cultural camp. Here we gather all new employees for a day of interactive team exercises. The goal is to help you expand your network within NNE and increase your knowledge about teamwork at NNE and our culture.
