Production readiness - implementation of robotics

Bredevej 2

2830 Virum

40-50 billion DKK is currently being invested in new pharma facilities in Denmark, which means thousands of new jobs in pharma production. But where will the labor come from?

Denmark has a very low unemployment rate. This makes it difficult to find sufficient labor, especially in the pharma industry. One way to solve this challenge is to implement robots and automate production.

What to expect

Lars Hein will present the NNE Strategic Technology and Innovation initiative on developing technology concepts, that focuses on supporting our project value chain from front-end to handover.

The CEO of Technicon, Casper Hansen, and Professor at SDU Robotics, Henrik Gordon Petersen will then talk us through the uncertainty of implementing cobots/robots through a presentation and Q&A. In addition, NNE's Senior Specialist, Klaus Akilles Lundén will present a case on considerations when implementing robots into GMP production. Klaus has hands-on experience as a former PM and will share his work with automated GMP production.

Finally, Jacob Mortensen, Director of Corporate Accounts at UVD Robots, will present and demonstrate an Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) for the decontamination of surfaces in cleanroom environments.
