About the Best-in-class Award

The Best-in-class Award – or the BIC award - is a new initiative in NNE’s Danish organisation in 2018. The award is handed out two times a year and recognises colleagues who set an example for living our strategy.

There are three award categories:

Innovation award: The award is given to a colleague who adds value for customers in solutions by focusing on simplicity, agility and acting as our customer’s wingman

Knowledge sharing award: The award is given to a colleague who adds value for customers by activating global best practice to challenge and inspire

Sales boost award: The award is given to a colleague who focuses on sales opportunities in daily interaction with customers

Employees in NNE in Denmark can nominate themselves or their colleagues for an action, solution or result that supports our strategy within one of the three award categories. A jury then selects two finalists for each category and

Each winner gets DKK 25,000 to develop her/his pharma engineering competences e.g. through courses, conferences, educational programmes or internal hours spent on the activity.
