Rent pension system: Besides the legal rent pension in Switzerland, it is mandatory for the employer to pay into a second retirement provision pool. Until the age of 34, employer and employee pay the same percentage. NNE's contribution increases with the employee's age.
Daily allowance in case of sickness (insurance): In Switzerland, daily sickness allowance insurance is optional for the employer. NNE's voluntary insurance ensures that the employee's salary is paid for more than the legally determined three weeks, in case of illness
Flexible hours: If there is a high workload, extra hours are permitted. These additional hours can be either compensated during periods of less workload or may be paid off.
