In many cases, simply visualizing the proper process data can have a positive effect on yield and productivity. And making the right process indicators available for trending plays a key role in the journey towards predictive maintenance and process trending.
But how do you determine what to create trends on and how can you visualize it? In this course, we give you an introduction to the foundational steps needed prior to setting up your data visualization, show you how to connect to various data sources, and go through some of the tools available to quickly visualize your data.
After participating in this course, you should be able to:
- Select the appropriate process indicators to gain valuable insight and avoid pitfalls in e.g. statistical process control (SPC)
- Connect your visualization platform to your data sources
- Choose the proper visualization for your data
- Choose the proper visalization tool for your organization and problem
