Jesper Kløve

CEO and President

Jesper Kløve was appointed CEO and President of NNE on 1 September 2015. He comes from Novo Nordisk where he served as Senior Vice President of Device R&D where he was responsible for research and development of the entire medical device portfolio since 2009. He has been employed with Novo Nordisk since 2003 where he has held various management positions within the production organisation. Prior to joining the Novo Nordisk Group, he worked at Rosti Group A/S for eight years in several leadership positions in Denmark as well as abroad. Jesper Kløve holds a Master’s degree in Strategy and Finance from Copenhagen Business School (CBS) in Denmark. 

René Holmen Pedersen
   
 

René Holmen Pedersen 

CFO and Corporate Vice President

René joined Novo Nordisk back in 1998 as a Corporate Business Analyst, and moved to Novo Nordisk Pharma LtD (Japan) in 2001 as a Financial Analyst. In 2002, René returned to Denmark, where he has taken up several senior roles in Corporate Finance and Corporate Development, including VP of Corporate Controlling & Strategic Finance, and VP of Corporate Strategy. Since 2014, René has been Director of Business Support in DFP Site Tianjin with responsibility for various functions such as Finance, Strategy, Planning, Shipping, Warehouse, IT, EHS, Facility & Administration.

Iben Schmidt Helbirk

COS and Corporate Vice President, People and Communication

Iben Schmidt Helbirk was appointed Chief of Staff (COS) and Corporate Vice President of People and Communication at NNE in 2009. Prior to her appointment she held the position as Manager of HR Development since 2007. Iben Schmidt Helbirk comes from Novo Nordisk, where she was employed as HR business partner. Before joining the Novo Nordisk Group in 2003, she worked with IBM Business Consulting Services and PWC Consulting as a management consultant. Iben Schmidt Helbirk holds a Master’s degree in international marketing and management from Copenhagen Business School (CBS).

Alex Severin

Corporate Vice President, Global Best Practice

Alex Severin was appointed Corporate Vice President of Global Best Practice in 2015. Prior to his appointment, he held positions at NNE since 2002 including Department Manager, Vice President of Automation and IT and General Manager of Global Consulting. He has more than 20 years of experience within consulting, engineering projects, software development and project management within pharma, automation and IT. Alex Severin holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from University of Southern Denmark as well as diploma in Managing ICT Services Strategically from CBS SIMI.

Ole Regnar Hansen 

Corporate Vice President and Chief Project Officer

Ole Regnar Hansen was appointed as Corporate Vice President and Chief Project Officer in 2015. Prior to his appointment, he served as Corporate Vice President for Project Governance since 2011. He joined NNE in 1999 and has held several managerial positions in both project and line management, including the project directorship of NNE’s largest project ever. Ole Regnar Hansen has been with the Novo Nordisk Group for 29 years and before joining NNE held various managerial positions at Novozymes. Ole Regnar Hansen holds a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Denmark.

Bo Nagel-Harvig 

Corporate Vice President and General Manager, Denmark 

Bo Nagel-Harvig was appointed Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Denmark in 2015. Prior to his appointment, he served as Corporate Vice President and Regional Manager of Northern Europe in 2014, when he re-joined NNE after seven years as managing partner/CEO of Emondo A/S. During his first term with NNE he held various positions in Denmark, France and the US. In his last role as General Manager of North America 2004-2007 he established NNE’s current office in North Carolina. Bo Nagel-Harvig has more than 20 years of experience within leadership, project management and execution of large and complex pharmaceutical projects. His educational background is electrical engineer and certified Project Management Professional.


   
 

Olivier Cozzatti

Corporate Vice President and General Manager, France and Belgium

Olivier Cozzatti was appointed Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Belgium and France in 2016, previously serving as Operational Director of France since 2014. Olivier Cozzatti has 15 years of pharmaceutical industry experience and worked as Export Sales Manager for PCM (food business unit), before joining NNE in 2009 as Sales Director. Olivier Cozzatti holds a master’s degree in electromechanical engineering from ISIC Mons in Belgium.

Stefan Berg

Corporate Vice President and General Manager, Switzerland

Stefan Berg was appointed Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Switzerland in 2015, previously serving as Regional Manager of Central Europe and Corporate Vice President since 2011. Before joining NNE in 2004, Stefan Berg held various project and line management positions within the pharmaceutical engineering business in Switzerland and Germany. Stefan Berg holds a Master of Science in automation technology from the University of Rostock.

Eric Pierre Riehl

Corporate Vice President and General Manager, Germany

Eric Pierre Riehl was appointed General Manager of Belgium and France in 2015, previously serving as General Manager of France since 2012. He has 16 years of pharmaceutical industry experience. He served as a project director for NNE since 2011 and developed the pharma activity for Pharmaplan and SNC Lavalin in France for 7 years. Eric Pierre Riehl holds Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées (INSA) in Strasbourg.

Søren Jelert 

Corporate Vice President and General Manager, US

Søren Jelert was appointed General Manager of US in May 2016. Prior to that he held the position as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Vice President for Finance, Legal and IT. Søren Jelert comes from a position at Novo Nordisk as Director of Operations and Finance, Europe North in the UK. He joined the Novo Nordisk Group in 2000, where he has held a number of executive positions. He has also worked as business controller for Maersk Oil. Søren Jelert holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School (CBS).

Kenneth Borch Larsen

Corporate Vice President and General Manager, China

Kenneth Borch Larsen was appointed Corporate Vice President and General Manager of China in January 2016. Prior to his appointment, he served as Project Director within NNE in Denmark. Kenneth Borch Larsen joined NNE in 2005 and has previously worked for NNE in China from 2006-2014. He has held several managerial positions both in project and line management. Kenneth Borch Larsen holds a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Engineering College of Aarhus, Denmark.

Sameer Taneja 

Corporate Vice President and General Manager, India

Sameer Taneja was appointed Corporate Vice President and General Manager of India in 2015. He has more than 20 years of experience in engineering. Before joining NNE, he served as a department manager for a company specialising in HVAC project execution. Sameer Taneja also started and ran his own business for a decade before returning to pharmaceutical engineering in 2007. Sameer Taneja holds a postgraduate diploma in Mechanical Engineering from YMCA Institute of Engineering in Faridabad.
